Hi guys bought the game a while ago and only played small amounts at a time but this is a question regarding one thing i have noticed lately when i build any base i usually create a vertical tube to surface of water with a corridor and a platform to the side on surface of water and place about 15 solar panels on it to get maximum charge capacity being 100 in view of the sun.
